As a pastor I report my mileage weekly to the church. I have tried writing it on paper, in mileage books, and recording it into a pocket tape recorder - and all were a pain. Finding Trip for my Palm Pilot has been a great time saver and stress reliever. I recommend it to everyone I know who has a Palm Pilot. It was good before, but the new report feature makes it GREAT! If you have to keep track of mileage it is worth buying a Palm Pilot so you can use this program. Thanks Hands High!

I've been using your software for nearly 2 months now and it's excellent. I'm an on-site technical support engineer, looking after companies office equipment, so I have to travel all over the midlands and need to keep track of mileage, from one client to another, travelling time ect. Before I used your software it was done on little slips of paper as you can imagine this was not ideal, and sometimes you'd forget whereas with your software with its easy and fun interface its now always entered.  It's hard to believe I did without it for so many years. Keep up the good work.

I spend just enough time on the road visiting clients, that it is sometimes easier to just forget keeping track of miles rather than take the time to record and create reports. It wasn't worth the effort. That's where I was wrong. All of those little trips add up.

This program has made keeping track of my mileage expenses incredibly easy, especially with the new conduit that places your data right onto the spreadsheet. Before I was always forgetting to record my mileage in my planner book, and dreaded the end of the month entering data into a spreadsheet. Too much time wasted so I didn't do it at all. With Trip Deluxe, it's a few stylus strokes to enter the start mileage, and end mileage each day. The HotSync does the rest. Mileage can be a huge expense, and Trip 3 makes it an easy one to keep track of.

As a Territorial Sales Manager I must report mileage and expenses related to my company car monthly. Trip Deluxe is the best way to enter mileage data each day and the Excel template makes generating useful reports a snap.

I have 3 vehicles and a motorcycle. I travel for two churches, and three other entities. I used to spend hours, literally 2 - 3 hours a month trying to track my mileages and honestly charge the right miles to the right entity.

With Trip, I have an easy, intuitive way to keep track of all of my mileage, keep it identified to the right car and charged to the right entity. While Trip remembers my last mileage and makes it my next beginning mileage, I only have to remember to put in the mileage when I'm done with the trip. And while the program works great, I just wish it would jump out at the end of a trip and yell at me to put in the ending mileage! (We are working on this one...)
